Susahnya Jadi Perawan (Difficult to be a virgin), a comedy, centers around the life of Halle (Nova Eliza) a gorgeous young cocktail waitress. While making a living and serving up drinks in Jakarta’s V Bar, Halle has the chance to step up on stage and share her true passion, singing. She doesn’t however; sing the same old tired western cover songs, but her own original tracks with a fresh and unique brand of pop that is uniquely her.

The crowd loves the powerful melodies and from-the-heart lyrics. Halle’s talent is soon recognized by Kevin Purba (Restu Sinaga), a sketchy fast talking music producer. Kevin offers Halle a recording contract, but his interest in her doesn’t end with her singing and songwriting.

In the cut throat world of the music industry, few things are what they seem. Jaded and bitter Halle is on the verge of giving up when she meets Andra Ramadhan (Andra & The Backbone, Dewa) and Rama (Al Fathir), both heavy weights in the rock and roll arene. Andra and Rama are blown away by her lyrics and style, with their help, Halle begins her rise to the top of the pop charts
